The Time Pals are four geeky dads squandering their mid-life crises by diving headfirst into the best, worst, and weirdest corners of geek culture. Twice a month show hosts, Mike Underscore, ShadoSpartan, Nickell, and Jon Powell dust off old VHS tapes, blow into vintage game cartridges, and try to out-“Well, actually…” each other over the nerdy media they all pretend to love.If you're into pixelated graphics, ridiculous plot holes, AI-fueled adventures, and a hearty dose of chaotic humor—congratulations, you’ve just found your new Pals.

He showed up to his first recording session wearing two Hawaiian shirts—one layered over the other—believing it gave him "sexual powers."

Mike Underscore

Sometime Co-Host Mike Underscore became producer of the Time Pals Podcast when all other mid-life crises avenues failed to generate a single moment of happiness. Home brewing? Straight poison. Smoking meats? Disappointment jerky. Lifting weights? The summer gets the body it deserves.

Absent of a personality, Underscore found three friends who had the charisma, desire, and most importantly, gainful employment, that allowed him to bring the podcast to life.
